Membership benefits
Screened deal flow
200+ deals screened annually. You only see deals after we have reviewed the clinical need, evidence base, route to market, team, and round structure.
Detailed briefings
Each investment opportunity includes a full briefing note with clinical evidence, regulatory pathway, commercial model, and team assessment.
EIS / SEIS eligible
Most investments qualify for SEIS (50% income tax relief) or EIS (30% income tax relief). We confirm eligibility before briefing.
Sector expertise
Invest alongside clinicians, ex-pharma operators, and commercial leaders who know how healthcare is bought, regulated, and adopted — not investors treating it as just another vertical.
Flexible co-investment
Invest from £10k per deal. No mandatory allocations. Review each opportunity on its merits.
Portfolio access
Quarterly investor updates and direct access to portfolio founders for those who want a more active role.
What membership actually looks like
Deal briefings, not raw flow
We turn founder materials into a structured investor briefing covering the problem, evidence, pathway, model, and risks.
Expected deal cadence
We screen 200+ deals per year and brief the syndicate on those we recommend. In a typical year, members see between 6 and 12 investment opportunities - roughly one per month in active periods. Not every opportunity is the right fit for every member.
How co-investment works
Each deal is structured as an SPV or direct co-investment alongside Pulse Angels. Minimum ticket per deal is £10k. There are no mandatory allocations - you review each briefing and decide independently whether to participate.
After you invest
You receive quarterly portfolio updates from the companies we back. For members who want a more active role - mentoring, clinical review, commercial introductions - we connect you directly with the relevant portfolio founder.
